4th, 6th, 7th March 2008- CSO meetings in Hazaribagh, West Singhbhum and Palamu respectively. District mentoring Groups formed in all the three districts
14th March 2008- State Mentoring Group Meeting, Finalization of the Blocks and Block NGOs
27th-29th March 2008- State level TOT, Orientation on community based management and decision regarding Kala Jatha training. Finalization of the villages in all the blocks
4th-7th April 2008- Kala Jatha Orientation, The orientation was done in ATC in Namkum, Ranchi
15th April 2008- DMG meeting, West Singhbhum, Finalization of the District Workshop on 23rd April 2008
21st April 2008- DMG meeting, Palamu, Finalization of the District Workshop on 4th May 2008
12th April 2008- DMG meeting, Hazaribagh, Finalization of the District Workshop on 22nd April 2008
22nd April 2008- District Workshop at Hazaribagh, Orientation of Block Providers, DMG Members, VHC and Sahiyya
